In order to better organize our support inquiries and process them promptly, we use this support ticket system. AMANDaSys is our order management software.

Each request is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track the status of your request online at any time. For your overview, all inquiries with the corresponding answers are stored in our ticket system. You can view the answers to your inquiries online at any time. A valid email address is required to open a ticket.
